What You'll Do:
- Reach out to warm leads generated from direct mail and online inquiries
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
- Build rapport and understanding with prospects
- Set qualified appointments for our outside sales representatives
- Work from the comfort of your own home

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in OUTBOUND appointment setting is a must-have
- Experience thriving in a remote work environment for at least 1 year
- Ensure a fast and dependable internet connection and set up a designated work area for maximum productivity
- Experience in setting appointments for insurance or related financial products is a valuable asset
- Experience with the latest autodialer technology
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools
- Exceptional telephone manners and outstanding communication skills
- Ability to confidently navigate an approved script and skillfully address objections
- Willingness to commit an average of 30 hours per week
Flexible Schedule: With the autodialer available 7 days a week, you have the flexibility to find the right schedule for your lifestyle. We require an average of 30 hours per week.
Compensation: We offer a competitive commission structure and weekly pay.
