As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to assist sales reps with writing up customer tickets. Candidates must be reliable, and hard-working along with attention to detail. Sales experience are a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in data entry and customer service
• Back up sales rep when on vacation
• Handle some walk-in customers
• Strong analytical skills for outbound calling and problem-solving
• Ability to handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
