Duties/Responsibilities
Applications and Equipment Used
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Set up, configuration and troubleshooting of current Windows based computer systems and components.
- Respond to support requests from various sources and take concise and effective remediation measures.
- Work with third-party vendors and URC resources to ensure proper integration with the related company computer systems, networking, and security environments.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, updates and patching to avoid system outages, failures and breaches.
- Train company employees on the effective use of technology.
- Stay current with information technology systems through continued education, professional association, networking, and participating in new software and hardware evaluations.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by departmental management.
- Working knowledge of multiple technologies such as cloud computing, networking, active directory, IP telephony, O365 administration, intranet platforms, data security, etc.
- Must have strong time management skills
- Must work productively with minimal supervision both on site and remote.

- Retail POS Systems
- 4 years of previous experience with multiple technologies such as cloud computing, cloud security, networking, active directory, IP telephony, O365 administration, intranet platforms, data security, etc.
- Experience with incident response testing and troubleshooting, as well as quality assurance procedures
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or educational equivalent such as military experience or trade school
- Relevant industry certifications
- 8 years of information technology experience
- Office

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Able to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, stoop, and kneel
- Frequent travel
