FT/PT Status: Full Time
Shift: Swing Shift - (4 pm Start time)
Schedule: (Monday – Friday)
Hourly Rate: DOE ($28 - $30)

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, adjust, and repair class A trucks and refer trailers.
- Maintain and service all equipment to Federal DOT standards.
- Inspect and replace worn brake components. Experience with steering and suspension systems is desirable.
- Job duties will include the use of hand tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, power tools, pneumatic wrenches, and jacks.
- Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment.
- Keeps documentation on all repairs and consistently communicates the status of downed vehicles to the shop manager and dispatch.
- Road test vehicles to diagnose malfunctions or to ensure that they are working properly.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must provide own hand tools that are adequate to perform job functions.
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Must have one year of truck and/or trailer repair experience.
- Unrestricted ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, squat, lift (up to 75 lbs.), push, pull, climb, and lie on back in a horizontal position for prolonged periods of time.
Position is contingent upon a successful background check, an acceptable motor vehicle records check, and the ability to pass a drug screen, including THC.
