Job Details
- FT/PT Status: Full Time.
- Shift: Night - (Start Time) 6:00pm
- Schedule Information - 5 days a week
- Hourly Rate: Guaranteed base of $21.00/hour and up to $33.00/hour with productivity bonuses (if achieved – program described below).

- Potential productivity bonus every two weeks of $250-$375.
- New hire bonus $1,000.

- Fill identity and condition of the product using voice picking.
- Secure products on pallets and build according to prescribed procedures.
- Shrink wrap product for staging and transport pallets to the shipping dock.
- Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to move product.
- Prepare merchandise for loading trucks.
- Follow company-preferred work standards at all times.
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment and adhere to safety rules.
- Meet selection and accuracy goals.
- Performs accurately by selecting products from the warehouse.
- Verify quorum and other related duties as assigned.
- Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment (Electric Riding Pallet jack and or Forklift).
- Ability to lift between 40-70 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English comprehension required.
- Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift.
- Work in a chilled/wet environment between 34°-55°.
