United Supermarkets is Hiring a Compliance Manager - Talent Management Near Lubbock, TX
Key Requirements:
This position is responsible for ensuring Talent Management processes are compliant with legal regulations and company policy. This position will ensure proper record collection and retention of talent management related documents.
- Oversees maintenance of team member files
- Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
Monitors and trains stores on Talent Management processes
Monitors and assists with administering the Drug Screen program
Serves as the point on Unemployment claims
Serves as the point on Compensation Analysis
Maintains and reviews Job Descriptions and FLSA compliance
Maintains and reviews I-9 and paperwork compliance
Generates reports such as turnover and retention
Ensures compliance of Performance Reviews/ 45 Day Reviews
Ensure store compliance on labor posters
Other projects as assigned
Key Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree
2 years of Human Resources generalist or compensation experience
PHR preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with an HRIS system preferred
Excellent analytical and communication skills
