The Digital Experience Coordinator works with Marketing. Ecommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure we deliver a mobile and desktop website experience that is engaging and easy to shop. The coordinator is responsible for the successful presentation of sale items, products and maintains the products displaying on the websites. The coordinator will also work with business partners, marketing, and merchandising teams to curate products to support seasonal campaigns and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the ecommerce team to audit product names, images and attributes and coordinate with the merchandising team for needed updates

• Weekly review key sale items and promotion to ensure a quality shopping experience when browsing the ad

• Work with merchandising and digital engagement teams to curate products for digital endcaps related to campaigns, promotions and events.

• Create curated product pages to support health and wellness initiatives

• Maintain the website department hierarchy, working with business teams to update for new products lines

• Coordinate with ecommerce to update product images as requested by marketing, merchandising or business partners

• Gather and share key metrics on ad page views and clicks

• Monitor and report trends on digital shopper behavior including but not limited to app metrics, time on website, exit pages, top items and department.

• Review and respond to app and website reviews

• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Two years of relevant experience, relevant work experience at a United Family location preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Excellent analytical skills, results & action oriented
