United Surgical Partners International is Hiring a Patient Care Technician FT Near Las Vegas, NV
This is an entry level position in the medical field, starting rate is $16.00/hr. M-F availability with availability between the hours of 7am-6pm daily. Shifts vary and position is FT with an avg of 32-40 hours per week. Strong candidates are flexible and able to adapt to a variety of unit needs.
Job Summary: Provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport. Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment. Provides nutritional intake. Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.
- Highly motivated, self-starter
- Willing to seek out opportunities to learn
- Ability to multi task and continuously re-prioritize responsibilities
- Able to work in a varying setting. Assignments may vary from day to day
- Professional communication, both verbally and written
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Current CPR or BLS.
- Demonstrates necessary clinical competency.
