Job Description
United Talent Staffing is hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant for a West Virginia office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reconciliations, reports, and duties related to invoicing, collections, and accounting team duties and functions.
- Entering Cash Receipts
- Data entry into Microsoft Dynamics GP of various types of invoices.
- Prepare and process received invoices.
- Bi-weekly check processing.
- File invoices and various other documents.
- Generate various vendor reports, distribute to appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Assistant to President of company
Experience
- Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Preferred)
- Great Plains
Pay and Shift:
Flexible schedule, PT 20-30 hours per week. Pay will be based on experience $17.00-$20.00.
Requirements:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Proficient with Great Plains & Microsoft Office
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- Office administration experience.
