Responsibilities
- Customer Service - Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and provide Information about our services, pricing, and the restoration process
- Scheduling - Schedule appointments for on-site assessment and services
- Reporting - Add notes to our CRM software, and reporting sheets
- Lead Generation: Manage our lead flow platforms and assist with lead source reporting
- Customer Follow-Ups - Assist with estimate follow-ups and reporting using our software
- Facilitate Manager Operations - Provide support to our Office Manager and Field Manager
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years experience as a customer service representative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Apps (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint ect)
- Ability to learn our job management software
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Proficiency with computers and web-based application
