The Housing Stability Program Coordinator oversees the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) in Carbon County, ensuring compliance with federal grant requirements and serving as a liaison with PA DHS.

This is a grant funded position expected to end March 2025.

The position is in person in our office in Allentown, PA and also requires regular travel to in person meetings in Carbon County, PA.

Mileage from the Allentown office to any Carbon County meetings is reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for day-to-day program management, including fiscal administration and regulatory compliance.
• The coordinator supervises contracted and temporary staff, manages all program operations, and oversees client interactions to ensure program objectives are met.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and processes is also a key responsibility.
• Additionally, this role involves developing outreach strategies, coordinating with community partners, providing training and support to staff to enhance program effectiveness, assisting in client intakes, and conducting landlord outreach.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in a range of the following : federal grants, project management and staff supervision.

Experience in managing federal grants including budgeting, reporting and documentation.

Own transportation (with reimbursement) to meetings and events in Lehigh, Northampton and Carbon counties.
