United Wholesale Mortgage is Hiring a Talent Administrator Near Pontiac, MI

The T alent Administrator will provide general administrative support to our A VP of Talent . This may include comp iling reports, scheduling , research, event support, various special projects as needed, and general support to the T alent leadership team.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Assist the AVP and Talent Team Leaders with daily projects and tasks
  • Coordinate and manage calendar s , schedule meetings , hiring events, and training sessions
  • Gather, maintain , and report on team metrics
  • Support questions and issues from leaders/team members related to team processes
  • Maintain processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiencies for task completion
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Operate with a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your leader
What We Need From You Must Have Qualifications:
  • 1-3 y ears of experience as HR Administrative Assistant or relevant Administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Resourceful
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
