Responsibilities

• Assist fellow leaders in managing the workflow of the team in a proactive manner
• Coach team toward improved service, efficiency, production and loan quality
• Mentor newly on-boarded team members as well as motivating and coaching seasoned team members on daily goals and growth
• OWN your team in all aspects
• Complete monthly YourTime meetings and provide coaching/guidance/feedback to team members on an ongoing and as needed basis
• Demonstrates a high level of client service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

• 6 months experience in your current role
• Strong learning and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and team building skills
• Ability to lead others
