United Window & Door Mfg. Inc. Vinyl Window & Door Manufacturer located in Springfield, New Jersey.
With more than 10 years of double-digit growth, our company is looking to continue our growth in New York State.
As a sales representative for our company, you will be responsible for the development of new and existing accounts that include lumber yards and distributors serving the new construction, remodeling, and replacement window markets. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key home builders and remodeling contractors in your area.
Candidate must be customer-oriented and possess the following:
- 3-5 years’ experience in the building industry, experience in sales with a window and door manufacturer is preferred.
- Self-starter with the ability to establish and achieve territory goals and objectives.
- Strong time management skills.
- Has the ability to work independently from a home office
- Some overnight stays
- Secure new business while maintaining existing business
- Attend training seminars
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Basic computer skills including Email, Word, Excel, Power Point, Sales force and Outlook.
- Experience in the window, door, building materials and/or construction business is required.
