The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible to the Center Administrator and provides appointment scheduling, patient registration, cashiering, answers incoming calls and performs other related clerical functions. This primary role provides front office support functions. 

Location: 605 Lamar Ave, Brooksville, FL

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately and professionally handling all front desk operations including answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling of all appointments, balancing daily collections, addressing routine inquiries, and forwarding non-routine requests to appropriate personnel
• Assists with the inventory and maintenance of business office supplies and the completion of business office reports
• Works daily reports, incomplete encounters, No Show reports, and other designated administrative reports according to office procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher) OR 2 years of customer service experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency with communication skills in a customer service based environment

Preferred Qualification:

• 1 years of medical office experience including data entry
• 1 years of working knowledge of/experience with medical office procedures and medical terminology
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to accurately sort and file materials by alphabetic and numeric systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
