Job Description:

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Patient Care Coordinator with a knack for insurance verification and patient treatment coordination. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our patients and dental team, ensuring every visit runs smoothly and stress-free.
What You’ll Do:
- Master Insurance Verification: Become the go-to expert in verifying insurance coverage, navigating benefits, and securing pre-authorizations. You’ll ensure patients are informed and confident in their coverage before they even sit in the chair.
- Guide Patient Treatment: Work closely with our dental providers to present and explain personalized treatment plans. Your clear communication will help patients understand their options and feel comfortable moving forward with care.
- Be the Friendly Face: Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming attitude. You'll handle inquiries and concerns, making sure each patient feels valued and heard.
- Optimize the Schedule: Manage appointments like a pro, balancing patient needs with office efficiency to create a seamless flow throughout the day.
