You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the execution of audits performed by our clients and regulatory/government agencies
  • Working with internal business partners and government auditors
  • Determine the appropriate scope, timing and logistics of the audits
  • Prepare audit requests for documentation or data universes as required
  • Developing a consistent audit process to ensure all outside audits are effectively managed
  • Analyzing the root cause of issues and aiding in development of appropriate action plans
  • Providing updated statuses on audits assigned
  • Creating audit documentation
  • Develop and give basic presentations
  • Assisting in or leading various special projects as directed by the Manager of Government Programs Audit Support

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 2 years of claims processing experience
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (creating, updating spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables)
  • 1 years of experience with Claims Processing and/or Medicare Part D Operations
  • Ability to travel as required (less than 5%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 years of experience with Medicare Part D Regulatory Guidance
  • 1 years of experience with knowledge of Prescription Drug Event (PDE)
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both oral and written communication
