Primary Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve Client, member, and Physician escalations with attention to detail
• Track and document complex escalations in Service Now
• Send follow-up emails to requestor with task closure details
• Provide coaching and feedback to PA staff members and their Supervisors through SharePoint to decrease errors made
• Analyze individual case information and offer recommendations to Manager to reduce errors and improve process performance
• Individuals will need to think critically and function independently and be able to offer solutions and resolution with minimal supervision
• Serve as subject matter resource to team members, supervisors and management staff
• Resolve ServiceNow Tasks/ metrics within Targeted Completion Date (maintain zero % overdue)
• Collaborate with all applicable teams across the enterprise to maintain existing client base by ensuring timely resolution of all tasks
• Participate in internal meetings regarding emergency urgent concerns for high-touch Clients
• Client tracker log maintenance
• ServiceNow Client/Trend Reports
• Demand Management Reports
• Weekly Team Metrics (PA I&I Metrics Spreadsheet)
• Review DM SLA Report for accuracy
• Quality and Issue Management Reporting
• Other reporting duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED 
• Experience using: ServiceNow and RXclaims 
• Advanced experience with MS Office specifically MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
• Pharmacy Technician certification 
• 1 years of experience in Prior Authorization 
• Excellent communication and time/project management skills, solid problem-solving ability and analytical skills, the ability to think big picture 
• Advanced level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerApps

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
