This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. This role will also require the employee to work from the Horsham, PA, office twice per month. 

If you are located within Eastern PA, South New Jersey, or North Delaware, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilizing Customer Relationship Tools (i.e., Salesforce, Ariba) to accurately maintain pre-sales opportunities and book of business data, in real time 
• Running and managing adhoc reports as requested
• Auditing systems, processes, data quality and reports
• Gathering data and research to effectively analyze market and competitor positioning
• Researching internal product, operational or process questions/issues as necessary to assist and explain
• Assist Sales /AM with RFP response gathering, quality check and packaging the final version

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management Tools (i.e., Salesforce or similar)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite 
• Ability to work an 8 hour shift between 8:00am - 5:00pm EST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime per business need. Also, work from Horsham, PA, office twice per month as assigned by Supervisor

Preferred Qualification:

• Working experience with RFP's (Requests for Proposals)

• Reside within Eastern Standard Time Zone
• Dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skill:

• Able to work independently and have the self-drive discipline to deliver

New Jersey Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $23.22 to $45.43 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
