This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 3990 Concours, Ontario, CA.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare, process and maintain new member or group enrollments
• Respond to member eligibility or group questions and verify enrollment status
• Reconcile eligibility discrepancies, analyze transactional data and submit retroactive eligibility changes
• Research errors by comparing enrollment error reports against system information along with records from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Service

This is a challenging role with serious impact. It's a fast paced, intense and high volume operation where accuracy and quality are essential. You'll need to be focused, learn fast and contribute quickly as well as communicate effectively.

Required Qualifications: 

• High school diploma/GED OR equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior eligibility/enrollment experience
• 1 year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within 30 miles of the office 3990 Concours, Ontario, CA
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
