Optum is looking for a Full-time Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join the Population Health Team in the Inland Empire. The clinicians we seek are those who practice medicine with a focus on patient care and wellness. The Population Health APC will practice in the Inland Empire region to complete senior wellness visits at Optum-owned outpatient facilities and independently-contracted physician offices, as well as some home and custodial visits.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Unrestricted CA Medical License
• Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• CA Drivers license active in good standing
• Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
• Must be comfortable with home visits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
