This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm.

It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at E WILLOW ST Signal Hill CA .

We offer 3-4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm, Monday Friday.

Primary Responsibilities :

benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits).

• Focus on resolving issues on the first call, navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide appropriate response to caller.
• Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff.
• Complete the documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
• 6 months experience in a customer service / healthcare related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.

Preferred Qualifications :

California Residents Only : The hourly range for this is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
