Optum Washington is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy team of primary care providers at our Primary Care clinic located at our Optum - Schmidt Clinic just 30 minutes north of Seattle in Mill Creek, WA. 

Job summary: This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice that has been in the community for 40 years supporting patients from Mill Creek and its surrounding communities: 

• We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package with productivity and quality incentives 
• Our sign-on and retention bonus package goes up to $100,000 for highly-qualified physicians 

The Role: 

• Outpatient Primary Care: 18 – 22 patients day, on average with 15/30 min visits 
• Ability to focus on a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population 
• Collegial mid-size group of Primary Care physicians on site
• Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week
• Incredible location in the­­­ Mill Creek neighborhood with lab, imaging, and orthopedics on site
• Call is light and shared | Triage RN call

Required Qualifications:

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Unrestricted WA license or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year.Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
