Guardian Veterinary Specialists is seeking Day Shift Client Care Representatives (CCRs). It will be a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts. Must be open to work full days. We are a 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary hospital and looking to fill FT roles.

**Hourly Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. **Compensation to commensurate with experience**

Qualified applicants for this role:

• Love of animals and a passion to help and heal, first and foremost
• The desire to continually learn and grow
• 1 year of administrative or customer service skills at minimum
• Must be adept at using a multiple-line telephone system
• Must be comfortable handling and processing cash and other forms of payment
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred, but not required
• Must be able to learn veterinary management software
• Will have the ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
• Must be willing to work one weekend day
