This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Our office is located at 1901 North Solar Drive, Oxnard, CA.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls for Change Healthcare and IPA Clients 20%
• Correctly directly calls to appropriate party 20%
• Opening, sorting and batching of claims for processing 20%
• Other duties as assigned 40%

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 years in an office environment

California Residents Only: The hourly range for this is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
