JOB TITLE: Senior Business Process Analyst

LOCATION: 9900 Bren Road East, Minnetonka, MN 55343 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.)

DUTIES: Partner to design, implement and leverage a document management system and develop system templates. Duties include: Oversee and assist with the overall project management and validate deliverables, outcomes, and results; support ability to scale and speed to delivery plan document creation for both ASO and FI market segments; strategize, design and oversee the infrastructure of the Cincom system; train and coach other team members with the Cincom system; execute system to create plan documents to ensure the proper Cincom template version is selected and the appropriate client data is transferred, followed by document delivery to requestor; update and maintain document templates within the Cincom system; generate from changes in client Plan Design and annual updates to the Surest Plan; meet with internal clients to gather and document requirements; author and lead others on the team to implement and test all requirements, all in a timely and efficient manner; perform Cincom testing and production implementation to ensure that all setup of templates and data delivery are tested and documented prior to being moved into the production environment; assist with customization of client renewal documents; update documents to improve data flow leveraging new tools; lead cross functional process development and improvement projects; and analyze and review operational results, details, feedback, and related information on an ongoing to as needed basis to continue to optimize the document creation process. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related computer occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Cincom; JIRA; Slack; Microsoft Office Suite; Visual Studio; and Looker.

RATE OF PAY: $91,042 - $131,594 / per year
