We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join Translation! Please note that this role is a Hybrid role: three days in office and two days remote. 

What You'll Do

  • Support assigned accounts with the primary goal being strong client partnerships in pursuit of achieving set objectives
  • Be a trusted partner across all internal departments to help us develop impactful and ground-breaking ideas and work
  • Drive internal and external communications (written, virtual, in person) across assigned account/s in a clear, comprehensive and concise manner
  • Make certain the agency’s presentation support materials are consistent with clients’ expectations and internal standard of the agency’s quality
  • Be alert and aware of opportunities to grow existing accounts or opportunities outside of the agency that might be a good fit for Translation
  • Effectively manage the client management aspects of executing approved ideas/tactics in partnership with internal creative and production partners
  • Manage and grow account executive and assistant account executives on the account/s, teaching the effective ways of supporting the agency team and client partners
  • Anticipate and address potential internal or client relationship issues, managing up to leaders across the business and organization
  • Remain informed on our clients business and their respective industries; be conversant in their key issues, competitive situation, industry trends, and be a source of that expertise internally
  • Support the financial management of account/s understanding/managing out of pocket billings and P&L as it relates to specific account scopes of work

  • Possess superior scope/budget stewardship, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Have the proven ability to work in a robust and agile environment, while consistently paying attention to accuracy and quality of work
  • Demonstrated ability to find new ways to retain and grow client relationships beyond the core scope

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of agency or communications industry experience that ensures your general understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, public relations, research, agency finance, etc.
  • Familiarity and experience with the lifecycle of a creative campaign for a wide swath of expected deliverables
  • Multicultural, Sports and or Entertainment experience are pluses but not mandatory
  • Experience working on an IAT of cross-functional agency partners (leading calls, driving workstreams forward)
  • Experience interfacing directly with clients
  • Production experience with large scale initiatives

Salary Hiring Range: $85,000 - $100,000

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. 

The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

The salary range above is for the NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.LI-HYBRID
