POSITION DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Sales Support

JOB SUMMARYSupport sales personnel / agents / clients in assigned territories by generating sales development proposals, prospect follow-up and research analysis. Solve agent, customer and sales questions and problems quickly, efficiently and effectively.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Maintain strong relationships with agents and prospects to drive transaction volume and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Actively participate in prospecting, selling, and monitoring leads and sales agents.
• Support agents and clients in solving any problem related to transactions or daily operations.
• Contributes to the team effort supporting different projects required to achieve the established results as necessary.
• Training the agent and its employees in the Anti-Money Laundering Program in new and existing agents.
• Proactive courtesy calls to agents
• Process applications and review document files of new agents.
• Revision of the creation of groups relating services, prices, fees, commission for existing and new agents.
• Process changes related with Bank Accounts for Agents
• Process legal status changes for Agents
• Process changes related with Commission / Range Levels / Fees for Agents
• Request the opening of subaccounts for Agents.
• Shipping advertising material for Agents
• Provide training to new agents in the Instapago system, and all the important processes of the company established in the Sales Manual.
• Channel the agent with the different departments according to the need that arises.
• Request exchange rates from the competition to be able to have a reference of our position in the market.

QUALIFICATIONSSales and business development experience preferably 2 years. Demonstrate abilities in establishing routines and instructions-, short-, medium- and long-term objectives, clear instructions. Abilities in work programs. *Bilingual Required, English & Spanish* SKILLSDemonstrate faculties such as: Channeling information, concentration, organization, planning, attention, judgment, communication, problem solving, decision making, pressure tolerance, goal setting, management control, strategic vision, leadership, problem analysis, decision making.
