Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive financial models to support the company's strategic initiatives, financial forecasts, and budgeting processes.
2. Analyze financial data and create financial reports, dashboards, and metrics for decision-making.
3. Monitor and analyze business performance, revenue, and expenses against the budget and forecast, identifying variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements and financial reports, providing detailed insights into the company's financial status.
5. Work closely with the FP&A team to drive the budgeting process, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
6. Assist in creating compelling presentations to communicate financial performance, forecasts, and business plans to stakeholders.
7. Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support business decisions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
