Summary
- Department: Intensive Care Unit
- Shift Timings: 19:00 - 07:30- 3 days 12 hour shift. Monday to friday
- Per Week: 36 Hours
Roles & Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to acutely or critically ill patients with an assigned unit or clinic;
- Implementing medical care plans;
- Directing and supervising the patient care provided by nursing personnel assigned to the unit;
- Maintaining standard unit activities in the absence of the Head Nurse; and
- Performing other related duties as assigned/required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience required in specialty area. RN's may take an assignment in SICU, MICU, NTICU, and SD. BLS, ACLS required. TNCC, CRRT, NIH, balloon pump preferred.
- This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hrs, with potential to be pulled to a new assignment in 4hr blocks of time.
- Will need basic dysrhythmia testing competency.
