Unity Searc h has partnered with a highly successful Alternative Asset Manager (Dallas, TX based) in their search for a Data Solutions Associate. The company has $15 Billion in assets under management, beautiful offices in the uptown Dallas area, and a great leadership team! This is a very pivotal role!

Job responsibilities:

• Coordinating, planning, and executing the implementation of databases, applications, and analytics within the asset management subsidiaries.
• Work directly with internal stakeholders at the highest level to define project roadmaps and develop technical and data strategies for executing projects within Salesforce, DealCloud, and other tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• CRM development point person, as well as the go-to person for standard reporting native CRM reports and be able to build/modify dashboards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year college or university… Required
• 2 years of experience in a data/analytics or technical systems role
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Project Management, project definition, requirements gathering, solutions engineering, solutions implementation).
• 2 years of experience working with DealCloud/Salesforce or other modular-software

Compensation: $100K to 120K 10% Bonus
