Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Administrator to oversee our Residency Clinic. As the Clinic Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership and support to our healthcare team. You will collaborate with physicians, residents, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality patient care and facilitate a positive learning environment for residents.
In this role, you will work closely with our residency program coordinator and physician program director for the residency program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required OR a combination of education and experience.
Business and/or health care management degree preferred.
2-3 years of leadership experience / clinic operations.
Experience in accounts receivable, to include billing, collection, ICD-9 and CPT coding.
Preferred experience in personnel management, facility management, financial management, budgeting and computers are preferred.
Preferred knowledge and experience with process improvement.
