- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed.
- Conduct patient education on preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist with minor surgical procedures, wound care, and office-based medical interventions.
- Coordinate referrals to specialty providers, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients and their families.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current nursing licensue, State of Iowa LPN or RN.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Mandatory Reporter training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
