Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Teach concepts to students in a clear and engaging manner
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate instruction
- Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Provide academic advising and support to students
- Mentor and support students in their academic and personal growth
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a positive learning environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mathematics concepts and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
- Proficient in instructional design and delivery methods
- Experience with tutoring or providing academic support
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources
- Knowledge of special education practices and accommodations
- Ability to conduct research and utilize library services for instructional purposes
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan and manage classroom activities
