Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within assigned territories

- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management
