Job Description:

Responsible for the maintenance of the physical plant buildings, grounds, equipment and utilities.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of a certification course in a trade. Air Conditioning experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Skills in one or more of the specialized trades.

License/Certification:

Certification in specialized trade preferred. (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

Other:

Must have basic mathematical aptitude.
