We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Peninsula team!

The Account Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective management of our customers, drivers and vendor partners associated with providing direct services to our clients. This role has a requirement to be available and on call to handle such requests seven (7) days a week.

Best regional dispatch would be applicant who lives within the cities of the North Peninsular or SF Bay Area region in order to best maximize daily travel and traffic flows

Salary Range: DOE $70,000.00-$85,000.00

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required; Associates Degree is preferred
• Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus!
• At least two (2) years of experience in managing a minimum of 5 direct reports in a service industry required; managing a minimum of 15 or more reports in a Janitorial Service industry preferred.
• Ability to maintain and grow customer, sub contractor, and employee relationships.
• Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Email
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• Ability to recognize and deal with priorities.
• Ability to effective work through others to achieve common goals.
• Capable of Adding, Subtracting, Multiplication, and Division
• Ability to work through other to achieve a common goal.

• Must hold a Valid CA Driver License with a clean driving record and be over the age of 23 (required for Automobile Insurance Eligibility).

Examples of Job Duties

• Actively manages personnel in territory within expected time frames to ensure the quality of work performed by all direct reports or vendor partners meets or exceeds company standards.
• Fills out the "Quality Assurance & Inspection Report" and uses the report as a guideline to define the quality of performance for each direct report.
• Responsible for managing all lines of services scheduled to be performed in territory for each business day including the following: Sweeping Services; Landscape Maintenance; Day Porter Services; Pressure Washing; VAS (Value Added Services); Proper Communication to customers
• Responsible for fielding, executing, and returning any complaint calls, faxes, or emails from customers in defined territories. This role has a requirement to be available and on call to handle such requests seven (7) days a week.
• Attends, as requested, and actively participates in all operational management and company training meetings.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of payroll hours and overtime to all employees under direct control.
• Works with Regional Managers & Director of Operations on a regular basis to ensure service is being performed at levels expected by customers.
• Meet customers on site for site walk-throughs
• Seek out add-ons for current services
• Provide quotes and coordinate additional service work
• Ensure customer files are kept current
• Provide prompt corrective action for service-related issues or complaints
• Train both staff and subcontractors
• Ensure staff are properly equipped with the right tools, equipment, and supplies
• Actively manages personnel to insure the quality of work performed by all direct reports meets or exceeds company standards
• Responsible for managing all services scheduled to be performed at job sites
• Performs other duties as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
