Job Summary

Universal Staffing is representing a client with an excellent opportunity for a strong Administrative Assistant who is experienced working in the automotive industry and / or enjoys a similar busy atmosphere! This role involves close collaboration with the owner and the bookkeeper to ensure operations run smoothly.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to our bustling auto repair and collision hub.
• Oversee and maintain all certifications biannually, ensuring our commitment to quality and excellence is upheld.
• Ensure that our body technicians and estimators complete their yearly training, including purchasing and distributing training materials and tracking completion.
• Handle incoming mail promptly and efficiently.
• Manage the procurement of office supplies, tools, equipment, and break room items.
• Embrace versatility and adaptability, wearing many hats to excel in this dynamic role.
• Thrive in a high-volume autobody atmosphere, contributing to seamless operations.
• Software and tools utilized include Outlook email, QuickBooks, and CCC1 for estimating.

This role is full-time, Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Our client is looking for someone who wants to establish a stable career with a successful organization. : )
