Universal Tire and Auto is a family owned and operated automotive service company in Longwood, FL. We are seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our team as Master Automotive Technicians or Diesel Technicians.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle problems.
• Inspect vehicle mechanical and electronic systems to diagnose vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs performed.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment by complying with company guidelines, cleanliness and quality.
• Providing customer service by working with management to diagnos and repair vehicles issues; addressing complaints; and resolving issues with a professional approach.
• Perform work under the direction of the Service Manager and/or Service Writer.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the operation of the repair facility.

Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10 years of automotive experience preferred.
• ASE certifications are important but not necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have own tools.

FLAT RATE PAY is based on level and experience $30 - $50.00/hr. with a large minimum weekly guaranteed salary whichever is greater.
