Responsibilities

What Does it Mean to be a Practice Manager at UDA?It means being the best that you can be every day and striving to better the next. It means leading a team of highly trained and caring individuals to their highest potential while celebrating the small steps along the way. A UDA Practice Manager has a strong sense of responsibility but knows how to balance that by building meaningful relationships. You get to set the stage for a “WOW” patient experience while also managing an office that runs efficiently.

Your focus is going to be on patient care from a global perspective. We know that excellent patient care drives patient growth which then drives the overall growth of the business. You will think creatively and critically to solve challenges, develop your team, and build upon successes year over year.

Qualifications

What Skills and Experience Does a Successful UDA Practice Manager Have?

  • Completion of a College Degree
  • Minimum of two years management experience
  • Proficiency with computer software
  • Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of basic financial concepts, including P&L review
  • Knowledge of how to analyze expense controls, drive revenue, and support the needs of the business
  • Exceptional customer/patient service skills
  • Strong organizational habits

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
