Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
