Position SummaryTo maintain the nursing staff in all areas as well as to deliver safe efficient age specific nursing care to patient/families. Essential Functions
Routinely provide patient care.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
Maintains employee records.
Identifies needs for and provides Staff education/staff development.
Participates in Discharge planning, community resource referrals, and education.
Committee involvement, participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Oversees daily operations of unit/area in a cost-effective manner.
Involved in Community outreach activities as pertinent Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.
Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.
Displays commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

(ADN) Associate’s Degree in Nursing Required
(BSN) Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date Required or
(MSN) Master’s Degree in Nursing within 2 years of hire date Required
Work Experience

Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Required and
