The community outreach RN position is responsible for developing and coordinating community education and outreach.

• Performs all duties in a courteous and efficient manner, maintains positive relationships with all contacts and co-workers. Competencies 1-5 (40%)
• Coordinates/facilitates community outreach & education programs (30%)
• Develops community outreach initiatives to promote key service, to increase awareness and preference of entity as destination for the key services. (10%)
• Provides clinical expertise for Marketing & Communication strategies (10%)

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred

• 5 years management experience Required or
• 5 years Clinical experience Required
• Experience in marketing and budgeting Preferred and
• Experience working with the elderly and knowledge of community resources Preferred and
• Experience with occupational health Preferred
