Key Duties, Primary Responsibilities:
- To key from a variety of prepared original source documents, forms, and records
- I dentifies and corrects errors
- To perform other duties requested by management
- Accurately and efficiently performs keying assignments and associated data capture
- Validation of previously keyed data to meet internal Quality Assurance (QA) standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Hourly Pay Range – $14.00 - $20.30
- A high school diploma or equivalent and experience with clinical documentation or data entry required
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
