The Ideal candidate will:
Have experience in developing and leading learning experiences for adult audiences .
Have excellent interpersonal skills to create and sustain relationships with our UAB community .
Possess effective technical skills to create and deliver modern learning experiences using up-to-date technology .
Bring certifications or experience in teaching communication, collaboration, and productivity skills .
Be familiar with or quick to learn the higher education culture and environment .
Be effective working in a collaborative team atmosphere .
Bring an innovative and growth mindset to solve current and future problems .
Be willing to go above and beyond to wow the learners with each solution .
Salary Range: $47,665.00 - $65,000.00
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Organizational Development or a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
