```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for early childhood education
- Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Foster a love of learning through educational games, activities, and hands-on experiences
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Documentation that 12 hours of coursework in Early Childhood, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Child and Family Studies has been completed AND documented experience working with children with special needs
- 6 month's Experience working with students in a daycare or early childhood setting
- Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to educate and tutor children in various subjects, including language arts, math, science, and social studies
- Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation
- Understanding of child welfare principles and practices
