At the level of Principal EEG Technologist it isexpected that the individual show self-direction and This is a part-time EEGtechnologist position at telemetry EEG lab of Santa Monica UCLA MedicalCenter. This position may require you to rotate to other and our future UCLA sites as well. It is expected that the individual be capable of performing routine andlong-term EEG setup, with minimal supervision.The basic rudiments of EEG acquisition should be second nature.Artifact detection/elimination skills shouldbe adequate.The technologist should beable to describe EEG findings in a review style format, to assist physicians inpreparing EEG data, and to be flexible enough to learn new protocols i.e. Adultand Pediatric Telemetries, ICU continuous EEG, Outpatient, PortableStudies.*This is 1 of 2 open positions*
