We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated professional with:

• Graduate of accredited Surgical Technician program or relevant years of experiencerequired.
• BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Associationrequired
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificationpreferred
• Surgical Technician certification preferred
• Working knowledge of the use, function and operation of operating room equipment
• Working knowledge of aseptic technique.
• Working knowledge of surgical procedures including anatomy and correct terminology.
• Ability to provide information, explain policies and procedures to team members.
• Ability to set priorities, recognize emergency situations and take the appropriate action under the direction of the registered nurse.
• Work independently and follow through on all assignments
• Ability to move objects, such as heavy carts and handle surgical equipment safely
• Ability to speak, write and read English. Graduate of accredited Surgical Technician program or relevant years of experience. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification required. Surgical Technician certification preferred
