University of California, Riverside is Hiring an Assistant Director, Customer Service Near Oakland, CA
Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Assistant Director of Customer Service applies professional training and experience to supervise the fiscal operations, student employment processing, financial literacy program coordination, peer advisor program and delivery of customer service to support the delivery of financial aid to over 22,000 student recipients. The Assistant Director has supervisory responsibility of the customer service unit, including, but not limited to, hiring; training; performance evaluation; assigning work; effectively recommending merit increases, promotions and reclassifications; discipline and discharges; and resolving complaints and grievances. The assistant director is a key member of the Financial Aid Management Team and provides valuable input for short- and long-term office planning goals. The full salary range for this position is $71,100.00 to $128,700.00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $71,100.00 to $99,900.00 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
