University of California, Riverside is Hiring a Senior Custodian, Auxiliary Facilities Services Near Oakland, CA

UC Riverside's Auxiliary Facilities Services is recruiting for multiple, full-time Senior Custodians. The full salary range for the Senior Custodian is $19.47 - $26.71 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
The Senior Custodian performs various custodial tasks to care for, maintain, disinfect, sanitize, and preserve campus facilities. Responsible for cleaning, dusting, stripping, waxing, sweeping, mopping, polishing, disinfecting, sanitizing, washing, vacuuming, replenishing restrooms, and removing refuse/recycling throughout campus facilities, conference rooms, elevators, stairwells, offices, classrooms, laboratories, auditoriums, restrooms, lounges, hallways, residential facilities, exteriors, etc. May work independently or as a part of a team in assigned work areas. Maintains a positive attitude and communicates effectively with colleagues, supervisors, staff, faculty, and students.
This position has multiple openings.
